Terms of Service (Public Offer)

AGREEMENT ON GRANTING A NON-EXCLUSIVE LICENSE TO USE THE "FINCONTROL INVOICE" SOFTWARE

This Agreement is an official and public offer from the Developer of the "FinControl" software to any individual or legal entity that accepts this offer.

1. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

• Software — the desktop application "FinControl Invoice".
• Website — the official product webpage (fincontrolsoft.com).
• License Key — a unique code to activate the save and send features.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The Licensor grants the Licensee a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to use the "FinControl Invoice" Software, subject to the payment of the Subscription.

3. PAYMENT AND ACTIVATION PROCEDURE

The Software is distributed under the "Try before you buy" model. You can download the application and create an invoice for free. Payment is required only to export the invoice as a PDF or send it via email.

4. PRIVACY AND DATA RETENTION

The Software operates 100% offline. All financial data is stored exclusively locally on your computer. We do not have access to your financial documents.
